Mr. Phillips is in his 3rd year at Tarrant City Schools and is excited to be working with Mr. Flakes and the Marching Blue Regiment and the Blue Regiment Cadets! We want your child involved in the Marching Blue Regiment and TES & TIS music programs! We also want our parents to become involved with the Tarrant Band Boosters. We meet each first Tuesday of the month at the THS bandroom at 6 PM! Come help us make the Marching Blue Regiment the best band we can be! Mr. Phillips is also the Vice-President of the Tarrant Education Association for the 2020-2021 academic year and looks forward to working with his fellow teachers and the TCS admins work to make our schools the best they can be.

Mr. Phillips is pleased to announce that as of May 2018, Tarrant City Schools has partnered with Music for All to become a part of their I-65 Corridor project to help school systems in counties in urban areas near the I-65 corridor from Muncie, IN to Mobile, AL to improve parental involvement and their band programs. We look forward to what this partnership will bring to the Blue Regiment and how we can help other programs across the nation!
